Through it, you will rotate across different areas and operations of the company, learning and developing within the world’s number one baking company and a leader in the global snack industry.

The Global Trainee Program offers a structured, immersive development experience that combines functional exposure, leadership development, and global collaboration.

Immersive Functional Rotations

Gain hands-on exposure to all functional areas to understand how the business operates end-to-end and how different functions connect and collaborate.

Deep Functional Specialization

Complete a focused deep dive within your designated function, building strong technical capability in your area of expertise..

Leadership Development

Develop leadership capabilities aligned with Grupo Bimbo’s Leadership Competency Model, including self-awareness, communication, collaboration, and decision-making, delivered through virtual classroom learning and individual development experiences.

Global & Cross-Functional Exposure

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Advanced level of English (ability to work in global environments).

• Recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience.

• Availability to work full-time starting from September 2026.

• Availability to relocate—temporarily or permanently—both within and outside your home country, as required during the program.

• Availability to travel internationally.
