Responsibilities Design and develop backend components of a
distributed, reactive messaging-based system system using
open-source technologies Write clean, efficient code in Java and
Scala while working with streaming frameworks such as Kafka and
Akka Stream Build and deploy applications and components in a
cloud-based environment (AWS) Work closely with QA to monitor and
support mission-critical production systems worldwide Apply best
practices for high-quality design, coding, and testing Understand
the domain of cloud applications and cloud security to deliver
robust solutions Contribute to the full product lifecycle, from
design to production, ensuring scalability and reliability Work as
part of a dynamic team facing complex engineering challenges What
We’re Looking For Must‑Have Skills Strong foundation in Computer




Science and Engineering principles. Minimum 5 years of hands-on
software development experience Proven track record in full product
lifecycle development, preferably SaaS or web-based systems
Experience building scalable, reliable, and resilient distributed
systems Expertise with Scala/Java and running JVM-based systems in
production environments Strong understanding of streaming
frameworks (Kafka, Akka Stream) Familiarity with AWS services such
as Open Search, DynamoDB, etc. Excellent communication skills in
English (oral and written) Academic degree in a relevant technical
field Nice to Have Experience with additional programming languages
(e.g., Python, Go) Background in performance tuning and
optimization for distributed systems Knowledge of microservices
architecture and service mesh technologies Exposure to multi-cloud
platforms (Azure, GCP) beyond AWS Hands-on experience with advanced
observability tools (Datadog, ELK stack) Contributions to
open-source projects or developer communities Experience mentoring
junior engineers or leading technical initiatives Understanding of
compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOC2) Ability to thrive in a
