House Buyers of America is seeking a remote Transaction Coordinator to ensure acquisitions and dispositions settle in a timely manner. This contract role runs 8:30-5:30 EST, Monday through Friday, with compensation ranging from $10 to $15 per hour USD.
You will coordinate with title companies and clients, enter contracts into our CRM, assist with marketing, and help expand into new markets. A 2+ year background in settlement/title and strong Microsoft Office skills are valued.
