Key Responsibilities - Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process - Perform roof inspections and document storm-related damage - Build trust through transparent communication and follow-through - Guide customers through contract signing and project scheduling - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution - Represent Aspen with professionalism, integrity, and heart Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first mindset - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of challenges - Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Sales experience is a plus—but not required. We train from the ground up.
