Responsibilities:

- Maintain bi-weekly communication with the clients and obtaining satisfaction surveys monthly
- Complete discovery requests within strict deadlines
- Calling clients to answer interrogatory questions accurately
- Ensuring clients gather and submit necessary documents for discovery requests
- Keep case files up to date




- Assist clients with finding the right treatment providers for their injuries and assisting in navigating logistical issues that may arise during their treatment/recovery and the litigation process.
- Serve as a liaison between the client and the law firm, as well as the medical providers
- Request liens from medical providers and insurance companies
- Update the clients about the status of their cases during the litigation process
- Review medical records and report important injury information to supervising attorneys
- Work collaboratively with supervising attorneys and team members to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule, maintaining accountability for deadlines and case management progress.
- Manage and oversee a caseload of 60+ active cases, ensuring timely and efficient progress on each matter while maintaining a high level of client service and attention to detail.

Education & Experience Requirements:

- 2 or more years of experience as a case manager for a personal injury law firm
- Experience handling incoming discovery requests is a must
- Computer literacy/proficiency
- Great command of the English language (Verbal and Written)
- Great command of the Spanish language (Verbal and Written)
- Great communication skills
- Great drafting skills
- A proactive mindset and a strong sense of accountability in managing cases and client relationships.
- Ability to manage a caseload of 50+ active cases efficiently and effectively, balancing competing priorities.

- Must have good, stable internet and own a camera for Zoom meetings.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: $1,500 USD per month with additional performance compensation available that could add up to an extra $1,500 per month in earnings.
