Job description

What You Will Do:

Credit Risk Assessment

- Analyze loan applications, borrower profiles, and financial statements to assess creditworthiness.
- Develop and maintain risk scoring models and evaluation criteria for customer assessment.
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to estimate potential credit losses.

Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting

- Monitor portfolio performance, including delinquency, default, and recovery rates.
- Prepare risk dashboards and periodic reports, providing actionable insights to management.
- Identify early warning indicators and recommend preventive or corrective measures.

Policy & Compliance

- Support the design and implementation of credit risk policies, procedures, and risk limits.
- Ensure adherence to internal risk frameworks and external regulatory requirements (e.g., OJK/POJK in Indonesia).
- Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to address findings and strengthen controls.

Job requirements

What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.




- Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management, credit analysis, or related roles within a bank, fintech, or lending institution.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and statistical data.
- Proficiency in risk modeling, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or BI platforms.
- High attention to detail, with strong integrity and a sense of accountability.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
