We are looking for a Production Optimization Analyst to join our Supply Chain & Engineering team. In this role, you will develop data-driven solutions to improve production performance, operational efficiency, and production accounting processes. You will integrate operational and control system data with analytical platforms to provide real-time insights, forecasting, reporting, and decision support.

‍ Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain data-driven solutions to improve production performance and operational efficiency.

- Integrate operational and control system data with analytics and reporting platforms.

- Build and optimize data pipelines to support monitoring, reporting, and decision-making.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical models to provide actionable insights.

- Support production forecasting and optimization initiatives.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across production and business systems.

- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and business teams to align production processes with operational and financial KPIs.

- Create and maintain technical documentation.

Must Have Skills

- Experience with data analytics, production optimization, or industrial reporting.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and data management concepts.

- Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions.

- Knowledge of industrial automation, industrial control systems, Operational Technology (OT), or industrial data environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate B2

Nice to Have Skills





- Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, or other industrial sectors.

- Knowledge of Production Accounting and production performance metrics.

- Experience with SCADA systems, AVEVA PI System (OSIsoft PI), industrial historians, or similar industrial data platforms.

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI and visualization tools.

- Knowledge of Python, data engineering, ETL processes, or analytical modeling.

- Experience working in cross-functional engineering, operations, and business teams.
