Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for a variety of roles using various recruitment channels.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing a positive experience from application to onboarding.
- Job Postings: Create compelling job descriptions and distribute them across relevant job boards and social media platforms.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and collect feedback.
- Market Research: Stay updated on recruitment trends and provide insights to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment on hiring decisions.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Required Experience:




- Previous experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills to handle high volumes of recruitment activity.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and changing hiring priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive and action-oriented with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
