Bolder is a branding and communications agency that works with companies shaping the future of energy, technology, and materials. We develop brand systems, websites, and content that help transform complex ideas into clear visual solutions and give teams confidence in how they present themselves to the market.

Over the past few years, we've partnered with startups in deep tech, climate tech, energy tech, robotics, and AI, helping them build brands that connect with teams, resonate with customers, and stand out in the marketplace.

What you will have to do

You will become part of a small, thoughtful team and together with us you will:

- develop websites in Framer, Webflow, and create more complex animated interfaces using vibe coding;
- create a brand design system: logos, typography rules, visual style, image manipulation, and other elements;
- use AI tools daily in creative work;
- develop digital and physical brand materials;
- participate in creative sessions and presentations for clients.

Who are we looking for?

It's not just what you can do that matters to us , but also how you think.

- Experience in web and graphic design from 5 years.
- Understanding the tech industry: deep tech, biotech, robotics, AI, energy.
- A strong design and web portfolio that showcases ideas, systems, and dynamics.
- Ability to clearly explain and justify design decisions.
- Willingness to work at a fast pace and experiment.
- Developed self-organization and time management skills.
- Proficiency in vibe coding,



following guidelines: Codex, Claude Code, Cursor.
- Proficiency in Figma and advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Confident use of AI tools for image and video creation: Higgsfield, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Kling, Recraft, Nano Banana, and others.
- Confident work with website builders: Framer, Webflow or Figma Sites.
- Basic to intermediate motion design skills: After Effects, Lottie, Principle or ProtoPie are not required but would be a big plus.
- English at level B1 or higher is required for working with briefs, internal communications and documentation.
- Work format: completely remote
