We are a U.S.-based company specializing in innovative software solutions and call center services for Public Housing Authorities nationwide. We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to support residents and applicants who need assistance with housing programs.

In this role, you will answer inbound calls, provide accurate information, and ensure that individuals receive the guidance they need, all from home.

Position Details

Work Schedule

- Availability: Candidates must be available to work within the time frame of 3 PM to 1:00 AM Eastern Time.Please note that this does not mean they will work the entire time frame. Work schedules will be assigned within those hours based on operational needs and may initially be part-time, with the opportunity to increase hours if business needs require it and the contractor is available.
- Weekend availability required,
- All team members receive 1 day off per week

Training Period

- Duration: 3 months (paid)
- Training Rate: $4 USD per hour
- Post-Training Rate: $5 USD per hour

Performance & Compensation

- Expected to handle 10+ calls per hour




- Higher bonuses for maintaining 10.5–11+ calls per hour while meeting quality standards

Requirements

- Advanced EnglishC1/C2 level)
- Previous customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability
- Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
