Overview:

This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and optimization of our 340B program. You'll leverage your analytical skills to maintain data accuracy, conduct essential audits, and identify opportunities for process and system enhancements. Your work will directly support our compliance efforts and deliver reliable reporting to our stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

● Perform regular analysis of pharmacy purchasing data, dispensing records, and patient eligibility to identify and resolve discrepancies and optimize program compliance.

● Maintains critical data and tables within the compliance database, partnering with both internal departments and external stakeholders.

● Prepare and validate system-generated reports for client review, suggesting and facilitating enhancements to automated reporting as needed.

● Execute monthly audits, ensuring compliance with unique stakeholder requirements.

● Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows, data challenges, and business processes related to 340B,



identifying opportunities for system improvements and automation within the compliance platform.

● Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, including advanced Excel skills is required.
- Customer relationship management experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting with direct 340B program exposure, or equivalent experience within a 340B Third-Party Administrator (TPA) or pharmacy inventory analysis-focused role is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities with a keen eye for detail and data integrity.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
