About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Copywriter to join our team and produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content for our CPA firm's website, blog, and marketing channels. This role blends AI-assisted content generation with strong editorial judgment — you'll use AI tools to accelerate drafting, then apply your own expertise to refine, humanize, and polish the final piece so it reads naturally and ranks well.
Essential Requirements

- First-class prompting experience generating articles using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
- Proven experience editing AI-generated text to humanize it — removing robotic phrasing, adding natural voice, tone, and flow
- Experience optimizing articles for SEO, including on-page best practices (headings, meta descriptions, internal linking, keyword placement)
- Comfortable conducting keyword research using SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Proven writing samples — must be able to share examples of previously published articles
- Willingness to join daily video calls with the team for check-ins and collaboration
- English proficiency: CEFR C1 (Advanced)

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience writing for accounting, finance, or professional services firms
- Familiarity with tax/accounting terminology (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, etc.)
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics or Search Console

What You'll Do

- Research topics relevant to tax, accounting, and financial services
- Draft articles using AI prompting tools, then edit and refine for a natural, human tone
- Conduct keyword research to guide topic selection and on-page optimization
- Optimize published content for search engine performance
- Collaborate daily with the marketing/content team via video call
- Meet agreed content deadlines and volume targets
