Responsibilities

- Deliver one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to each student’s needs, focusing on subject mastery and skill development
- Develop and adapt curriculum materials to suit diverse learning styles and educational levels, including early childhood education, elementary, middle school, high school, and adult learners
- Utilize learning technology tools to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement
- Plan effective lessons that align with curriculum standards and individual learning goals
- Manage classroom behavior to create a respectful, focused, and supportive environment for all students

Skills





- Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for various age groups and learning needs
- Proficiency with learning technology platforms and educational software
- Experience with tutoring, teaching, or classroom management across different settings including childcare, preschool, special education, or adult education
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey concepts and motivate students
- Ability to work effectively with children and adults while maintaining patience and adaptability
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and preschool experience is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience working with students who have diverse learning requirements or special education needs
