Appointment Setter / Call Center Representative (Remote)

King Roof Renovations, a roofing company based in Marietta, Georgia, is opening its in-house call center to work an existing customer database. We are hiring representatives to contact that list, qualify the opportunity and book appointments for the sales team.

What you'll do
Call customers from our database, present the service in English, identify a real need for roofing repair or replacement and schedule the appointment with a sales rep. All activity is logged in the CRM.

Compensation
Base salary of USD 500 per month. Starting at month three, your base becomes eligible for review and increase based on performance. USD 15 commission per appointment set, paid when the appointment is a qualified lead and the sales rep closes the deal.

Requirements

- English at C1 level or higher,



spoken and written
- Experience in cold calling, appointment setting or outbound sales (preferred, not required)
- Stable internet connection, 100 Mbps or higher
- Your own computer and a quiet work space with no background noise

Performance targets

- 200 calls per day
- 25 to 40 live conversations per day
- 1 to 3 appointments booked per day
- CRM updated 100%

Details
Fully remote, working US business hours (Eastern Time). Initial training covers the product, the script and CRM usage.
