Your skills

- Experience (typically 18 months) in IT Field Services or End User Computing roles.
- Strong exposure to multi-site, multi-vendor, and regulated enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, mobile platforms, Microsoft 365, and ITSM tools.
- Experience with endpoint management platforms such as Intune, SCCM.
- Proven experience with IT audits, GDPR, ISO, and data protection regulations.
- Native‑level capability in the local language, coupled with proficient English communication skills sufficient for effective collaboration, documentation, and cross‑functional engagement.

Your tasks

- Provide day-to-day onsite and remote EUC support for end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS, and application issues (Intune/SCCM)
- Deploy, configure, and support laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Manage full device lifecycle (imaging, patching, upgrades, asset tracking in CMDB)




- Maintain ITSM tickets and follow ITIL processes (incident, request, change)
- Ensure compliance with security, GDPR, and corporate standards
- Support conference rooms (Teams Rooms, Cisco, Polycom, Surface Hub)
- Provide printer and peripheral support (installation, maintenance, vendors)
- Deliver onsite field support (repairs, replacements, upgrades, preventive maintenance)
- Execute IMAC activities (installs, moves, changes, user setup)
- Provide VIP support with priority handling and confidentiality
- Manage depot repairs, device swaps, loaners, and data transfers
- Perform basic network support (patching, cabling, connectivity checks)
- Support infrastructure teams with hands & feet activities (rack, cabling, KVM)
