As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while helping convert qualified leads into retained clients. This position is idóneo for professionals with strong customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills who are passionate about helping people during difficult situations.

What You'll Do

- Answer inbound calls from prospective clients.
- Conduct intake interviews in English and Spanish.
- Gather and accurately document case information.
- Evaluate and qualify potential Personal Injury cases.
- Build trust and rapport with callers through empathy and professionalism.
- Convert qualified leads into signed clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients to increase engagement and retention.
- Enter and maintain accurate information in Lead Docket and other case management systems.
- Schedule consultations and appointments.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case updates.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.




- Meet intake and conversion goals while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience as an Intake Specialist, Client Intake Representative, or similar role.
- Previous experience handling Personal Injury intakes.
- Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to confidently guide conversations.
- Excellent active listening and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
