About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Paid Social Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and scale high-performing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is idóneo for a performance marketer who thrives on analyzing campaign data, testing new strategies, and driving measurable business growth through paid social advertising.

You'll work closely with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to develop impactful campaigns that generate traffic, leads, and conversions while maximizing return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter (X), and Pinterest.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and video assets.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to maximize performance.
- Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and paid social best practices.
- Test new ad formats, targeting strategies, and campaign approaches through continuous experimentation.
- Coordinate with analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting.
- Support broader digital marketing initiatives, including cross-channel campaigns and A/B testing.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.




- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across major advertising platforms.
- Strong experience with platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance and marketing data.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing additional paid media channels such as Search, Display, or Programmatic Advertising.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Supermetrics, or similar.
- Certifications such as Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, or equivalent.
- Experience working in agencies or managing multiple client accounts.
- Creative skills in copywriting, graphic design, or video editing.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies.
- Background managing e-commerce or B2B lead generation campaigns.
