About the role
Nomad CPA is hiring an experienced bilingual Bookkeeper to manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, completing reconciliations, supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processes, and preparing monthly financial reports.
You will also support month-end close activities across a portfolio of client accounts.
This is a fully remote role with adaptable hours.
What you'll be doing
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple Holdco and portfolio clients.
Maintain accurate client records in QuickBooks Online.
Complete bank and credit card reconciliations.




Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Provide payroll support.
Prepare monthly financial reports.
Complete month-end close activities.
Manage competing priorities and deadlines across multiple client accounts.
Attend occasional in-person meetings in Asunción, Paraguay.
Essential requirements
At least three years of bookkeeping experience.
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
Working proficiency in English (written and speaking)
Working proficiency in Spanish (written and speaking)
Experience managing bookkeeping responsibilities for multiple clients.
A reliable computer, internet connection and remote working setup.
Ability to attend occasional in-person meetings in Asunción, Paraguay.

Payment structure: monthly based on agreed part-time working arrangement
Compensation will be based on the successful candidate's experience.
Working pattern and location
This is a fully remote position with flexible hours.
