The Mission

We are seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our growing Cloud Project Management (CPM) team. The idóneo candidate brings deep project management expertise and a proven track record of leading complex, multi-solution cloud engagements in a consulting environment. You are a strategic thinker who drives project ownership with confidence, blends methodologies to fit the engagement,



and builds lasting client trust at every level of the organization. Your mission will be to lead high-value client engagements, champion delivery excellence, and mentor the next generation of Caylent Project Managers.

Your Assignment
- Lead end-to-end ownership of multi-solution projects, proactively managing the backlog, schedule, scope, and budget alignment
- Develop and facilitate multi-workstream project roadmaps, including all internal and external dependencies to avoid risks and ensure client alignment
- Blend Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project type; facilitate roadmap planning, dependency management, and ongoing reprioritization
- Lead communication and mitigation/action plans grounded in solution-driven best practices
