Role Responsibilities
- Manage the Sourcing team operations aligned with the company’s OTD (On-Time Delivery) objectives, ensuring information is properly updated across systems.
- Identify, map, and develop local and regional suppliers.
- Negotiate purchase prices with suppliers and monitor achieved marginal profitability.
- Ensure suppliers meet delivery commitments while maintaining updated order statuses and delivery dates.
- Coordinate orders with the Sales, Logistics, Administration, and Finance departments.
- Reduce additional lead times in delivery processes.
- Manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes.

Requisitos

Requirements & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles, preferably within procurement, purchasing, or supply chain areas.
- Experience working with Odoo.
- Advanced English level (mandatory).
- Intermediate/Advanced Portuguese is a plus.
