Senior Product Designer (Remote – LATAM)

About the Role

We are looking for a
Senior Product Designer
to help shape the future of a fast-growing digital marketplace used by hundreds of thousands of users. You'll work on complex, real-world product challenges, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to design intuitive, scalable, and high-quality user experiences.

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll own the design process from discovery through delivery, helping transform ambiguous problems into elegant, user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for new product initiatives from discovery to delivery.
- Transform product opportunities into intuitive, user-centered experiences.
- Conduct user research and synthesize findings into actionable design decisions.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering to validate ideas and reduce implementation risks.
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Consider edge cases, operational workflows,



and complete user journeys—not only primary scenarios.
- Produce clear documentation and design specifications for development teams.
- Support implementation by collaborating with engineers and ensuring design quality throughout development.
- Improve design consistency, interaction patterns, and overall user experience across the product.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to increase productivity, creativity, and execution speed.
- Contribute to design culture, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Design experience designing digital products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX, UI, interaction design, and end-to-end product thinking.
- Expert-level proficiency with
Figma
.
- Experience creating prototypes and interactive user flows.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of product strategy and user-centered design meth
