What you will do in this role:
- Lead the definition and improvement of global processes, including Lifecycle and Patch Management.
- Coordinate application security and operability in collaboration with Cybersecurity teams.
- Advise business units to ensure their technological solutions are efficient and compliant with standards.
- Manage relationships with external IT service providers and identify automation opportunities.
What we are looking for (Mandatory):
- German proficiency at C1 level
.
- 3+ years of experience in Application Management or IT Process Management.
- Strong knowledge of the
ITIL framework
.
- Analytical skills to manage complex system environments and understand dependencies.
- Proven experience designing IT governance structures.
- Confident communication skills to present technical topics to stakeholders at all levels.
