About the Role

8 Limbs Creative is hiring an
SEO Specialist
to support strategy, technical SEO, local SEO, analytics, content optimization, and website performance across client accounts.

This role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, improving search visibility, resolving technical issues, supporting content and UX improvements, and helping ensure each client’s SEO strategy is executed with consistency and attention to detail.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, analytical, and execution-focused. This person should be able to spot SEO issues, scope fixes, recommend improvements, and take ownership of ongoing optimization without waiting to be told what to do.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Research
- Develop and support SEO strategies based on each client’s goals, market, and competition.
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.




- Analyze competitors, audience behavior, rankings, and search opportunities.
- Understand authority building, topical relevance, and off-page SEO factors.
- Evaluate SEO performance weekly and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with scoping SEO projects, priorities, timelines, and implementation needs.
- Provide weekly reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations.

2. Technical SEO
- Identify, scope, and resolve technical SEO issues across client websites.
- Perform technical audits using tools such as Screaming Frog and Google Search Console.
- Use Screaming Frog to crawl sites, export data, filter issues, and identify technical opportunities.
- Support Core Web Vitals, site speed, and page performance improvements.
- Review and improve crawlability, indexing, redirects, metadata, internal linking, and site structure.
