M&A; Associate – International B2B Transactions
- We are looking to onboard an experienced M&A; Associate to support M&A; mandates (primarily sell-side transactions for international B2B tech businesses).
- Applicants should have direct experience preparing CIMs, teasers and valuation analyses as part of completed M&A;, corporate finance or transaction advisory engagements.
- The role is best suited for professionals who enjoy working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment, taking ownership of projects and contributing directly to transaction execution.


Compensation structure comprises a SMALL fixed monthly fee plus a variable fee upon the successful completion of each transaction.

Key Responsibilities (MANDATORY)
- Lead the preparation of core sell-side transaction materials, including teasers, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), management presentations and buyer lists.
- Build, maintain and validate financial models and valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables and other transaction-related analyses.




- Analyze historical financial performance and develop forecast models to support valuation, positioning and buyer discussions.
- Work closely with senior M&A; professionals and company management teams to develop a compelling investment thesis and equity story.
- Coordinate and manage multiple transaction workstreams simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of materials, buyer communications and diligence requests.
- Support the execution of international sell-side processes, including buyer research, outreach tracking, management meeting preparation and data room management.
- Review all deliverables with a high degree of rigor and attention to detail to ensure investor-grade quality.
- Maintain organized project documentation, financial models and transaction materials across cloud-based collaboration platforms.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
