About the Role:

As a
Growth Marketer
at Designli, you will work directly with founders to launch their SaaS and mobile app products into the market. You will own both the branding foundation and the performance initiatives that drive growth - from setting up the analytics infrastructure to running paid campaigns, managing social media, and building the partnership ecosystem that makes a launch stick. This is a hands-on execution role supported by AI-assisted tools, working in close collaboration with our marketing, product and development teams.

▶️ Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with clear KPIs and measurable targets aligned to each product's growth stage
- Own branding initiatives - brand voice, visual identity guidelines, and content standards across all client-facing channels
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, and app store advertising platforms
- Build and maintain live reporting dashboards to track campaign effectiveness, CAC, CPL, and channel ROI




- Own App Store Optimization for Apple App Store and Google Play
- Develop and manage social media content calendars across relevant platforms, using AI-assisted tools for creative production
- Identify, recruit, and manage influencer and brand ambassador partnerships aligned to each product's audience
- Build partnership and distribution outreach programs to expand reach through strategic third-party channels
- Produce SEO-optimized content including blog posts, landing pages, and local search optimization

▶️ Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a GTM role for a SaaS or mobile app product
- Demonstrated experience running paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, or App Store advertising platforms
- Working knowledge of App Store Optimization for Apple App Store and Google Play
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily execution - content pipelines, reporting, creative produc
