Proxima is an American company with offices in Latin America that provides IT and operational services to the insurance industry. We are part of a major financial group, together with our sister company, Producers National Corp. (PNC).

As a Technical Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, documenting functional requirements, supporting insurance-related workflows, and acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams.

Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Document user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, business rules, and process flows.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements.
- Support insurance-related projects, including policy, claims, billing, endorsements, quoting, or underwriting workflows.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, product owners, and project managers to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
- Identify gaps, risks,



and improvement opportunities in current processes.
- Participate in testing, validation, UAT support, and issue resolution.
- Help maintain clear communication between business and technical teams.
- Support project coordination activities when needed, including follow-ups, meeting notes, and status tracking.

Required Skills:
- Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Functional Analyst, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Project Manager.
- Previous experience working with
insurance processes or insurance-related software/projects

- Strong ability to document requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working directly with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
