The Role

We’re looking for a Business Operations Associate to join our team and work directly with

our Chief of Staff. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the center of how Pasito runs:

you’ll touch everything from operational processes and cross-functional projects to people

programs and strategic analysis.

This role is idóneo for someone early in their career who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and

wants to learn how a startup operates from the inside out.
