Position Overview:

The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on

paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, and

other relevant networks. This role is essential in driving measurable results through strategic ad

buying, performance analysis, and ROI-focused decision-making for Fire Us Marketing, LLC, and its

clients.

In addition to managing client campaigns, this role may support internal paid media efforts to

promote Fire Us Marketing services and The Digital Revolution Podcast.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Paid Media Strategy and Execution

● Plan and execute paid media campaigns in alignment with client goals, timelines, and

budgets.

● Collaborate with internal teams to build performance-focused media strategies.

● Select appropriate platforms (Google, Meta, Amazon, etc.) to maximize results.

● Write and test ad copy, set up audience targeting, and manage creative assets.

● Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve ad performance.





● Stay current with platform updates, ad policies, and trends to ensure compliance and

maximize ROI.

2. Performance Monitoring and Optimization

● Monitor campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.

● Make proactive optimizations based on data insights to improve performance.

● Track budget pacing and recommend adjustments when needed.

● Provide detailed reports with clear takeaways and next steps.

3. Campaign Setup, Management & Tools

● Manage ad account structures across client portfolios.

● Set up conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel.

● Maintain strong quality assurance standards to avoid wasted spend.

● Leverage automation and scripts when appropriate to improve workflow.

4. Collaboration & Cross-Channel Strategy

● Work closely with SEO, content, and design teams to align messaging and campaign goals.
