Summary
We are seeking a Privacy Manager to join the CO+I (Cloud Operations + Innovation) Privacy Team at a leading general technology organization. In this role, you will support privacy compliance across large-scale cloud infrastructure projects — conducting privacy impact assessments, driving privacy-by-design initiatives, and mitigating risk on critical internal initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career privacy professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a complex, enterprise-scale environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for internal projects and initiatives across cloud infrastructure teams.
- Support privacy-by-design reviews, ensuring privacy considerations are integrated from the earliest stages of project development.
- Identify, document, and help mitigate privacy risks in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date privacy documentation, records of processing activities, and compliance tracking artifacts.




- Respond to internal privacy inquiries and provide guidance to project teams on applicable privacy regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, legal, and product teams within a multi-stakeholder environment.

Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in privacy, compliance, or a related field
- Relevant bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated knowledge of GDPR and/or CCPA
- Experience conducting Privacy Impact Assessments
- Fluent English — written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications
- IAPP certification — CIPP/E or CIPP/US (strongly preferred)
- Legal background
- Familiarity with OneTrust or similar privacy management platforms
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint

- Strong written and verbal communication
- Self-directed, works effectively with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented for documentation and compliance tracking
- Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving project environment
