Investments & Finance Lead - Relocate to Cyprus (EU) ??

About the Role:

We are hiring an Investments & Finance Lead for the founder of a European real estate and investment group. Full-time, relocation to Cyprus covered, work permit handled by the company.

This is a build-from-zero seat, not a maintenance one. You'll take over a real-estate-backed lending portfolio (double-digit EUR yields), build the finance and reporting function from scratch, and act as resident director of two EU entities, reporting straight to the founder.

Responsibilities:

? Take over and manage a real-estate-backed lending portfolio

? Build the finance, reporting, and controls function from zero

? Act as resident director of two EU entities (D&O; covered)

? Support expansion into new forward markets from Europe

? Report directly to the founder on a small, senior team

Requirements:

✔️ Analyst or associate ready to outgrow their seat: private credit,



real estate finance, boutique IB, corporate lending, fintech risk, or PE/VC

✔️ Evidence you've sourced, structured, closed, or built something (not just modeled it)

✔️ Native-level Spanish; strong Portuguese a big plus

✔️ Clean record (required for the directorship and permit)

✔️ Genuinely up for relocating to Cyprus around September

Conditions:

• EUR 40-48k net + performance bonus

• Co-investment alongside the founder on his terms (optional, never an obligation)

• Cyprus non-dom: single-digit effective tax for up to 17 years

• Relocation covered, permit handled by the company
