At Elite Liens, we’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is not a traditional call center position. Instead, you’ll play an essential role in coordinating medical appointments for personal injury clients by serving as the primary point of communication between law firms, medical providers, and patients. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering an outstanding client experience

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate medical referrals between law firms, medical providers, and patients.
- Manage approximately 50 active referrals while maintaining organization and accuracy.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails and phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and ensure all referral information is accurate and complete.
- Maintain ongoing communication with attorneys, providers, and patients throughout the scheduling process.
- Identify and resolve scheduling challenges quickly and professionally.
- Document all activity accurately within our CRM.
- Collaborate with management to meet departmental goals and production standards.
- Utilize Microsoft Teams, Zoho CRM, RingCentral, and Microsoft Office throughout the workday.

Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Comfortable handling 50–60 outbound
