About the Role

Our client, Optimum Water Solutions, is looking for a highly motivated
B2B Telemarketer / Appointment Setter
to generate qualified meetings with commercial businesses and support the growth of their sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 60+ outbound cold calls per day to commercial businesses.

• Generate a minimum of 24 qualified appointments per month.

• Schedule meetings for Sales Representatives to conduct in-person or virtual presentations.

• Engage decision-makers and identify business opportunities.

• Build rapport quickly and effectively handle objections.

• Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records.





• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize appointment conversion rates.

• Meet and exceed performance KPIs related to calls, appointments, and conversions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of telemarketing experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of B2B appointment-setting experience.

• Proven experience in high-volume cold calling.

• Experience engaging with business owners and decision-makers.

• Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification.

• Experience using CRM systems.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.

• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic.
