Your primary responsibility will involve leading the UX strategy and execution for the Generative AI Platform, ensuring a simple, intuitive, and scalable user experience. - 5+ years of experience in UX Design,



with experience as a UX Lead or Senior UX Designer.
- Proven experience designing complex digital platforms and enterprise (B2E) products.
- Strong expertise in user-centered design methodologies and Design Thinking.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Ability to translate business and user requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Experience defining UX standards, interaction patterns, and reusable design components.
- Knowledge of design systems and scalable UX governance.
- Hands-on experience conducting usability testing, user research, and concept validation.
- Experience analyzing user feedback, usage metrics, and satisfaction data to drive product improvements.
- Proficiency with UX design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Strong collaboration skills working with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stake
