Investments & Finance Lead - Relocate to Cyprus (EU) ??

About the Role:

We are hiring a Project & Operations Lead for a European villa developer. Full-time, relocation to Croatia covered, plus a paid onboarding abroad. The company handles a fast work permit (usually about 4 weeks for this in-demand profession).

The company is the quality leader in timber-frame villas in its market, scaling from about 3 to 6-10 villas a year. The founder sets the vision; this role runs the operation day to day and grows step by step into effectively running the company as GM.

Responsibilities:

? Project planning, supervision, and on-site delivery

? Budget discipline and procurement

? Turning a master craftsman's know-how into documented SOPs (with AI in the workflow)

? Building the operational backbone as the company scales

? Growing into the GM seat over time

What We are looking for:





✔️ Industrial or civil engineer with real site, project-delivery, or operations experience

✔️ An entrepreneurial streak: something you built, started, or rescued on your own

✔️ Strong English (the whole operation runs in it); German or Russian a plus

✔️ Genuinely up for the relocation path

Conditions:

• EUR 34-42k gross + project-delivery bonuses
