About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Google Ads Specialist
to lead paid acquisition efforts for a California-based furniture company. This role is focused on driving profitable growth through Google Ads, with a strong emphasis on
Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce marketing of physical products
.

The idóneo candidate has a proven track record of scaling consumer brands through paid advertising, particularly within e-commerce environments, and is comfortable managing campaigns across multiple advertising platforms. While Google Ads expertise is the primary requirement, experience with Meta Ads and other paid media channels is highly valued.

This is a part-time remote position with the goal of transitioning into a full-time role as the business continues to grow.

Responsibilities

Google Ads Management
- Own and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing.
- Develop, implement,



and optimize campaign strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, and account structure optimization.
- Continuously optimize performance based on ROAS, CAC, MER, conversion rate, and revenue goals.
- Design and execute testing strategies for ad copy, landing pages, audiences, campaign structures, and bidding models.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to scale efficiently.
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend based on performance insights.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting.

Multi-Channel Paid Media
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns when applicable.
- Identify opportunities across additional paid channels such as YouTube, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, or TikTok.
- Develop cross-channel strategies that support customer acquisition and revenue growth.
