We help fans celebrate the players, teams, and moments that shaped their love of the game — from current World Cup and national team kits to retro "legend" jerseys spanning basketball, baseball, and beyond. Our customers aren't one audience — they're collectors, gift-givers, die-hard fans of a single team, and people who just want to relive a specific era of sport. That range is what makes our marketing interesting, and it's also exactly what we need help getting right.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on, in-house email marketing expert to take ownership of our Klaviyo program end to end — audit it, rebuild what's broken, and keep improving it based on real performance.

You'll:
- Audit our existing email flows and fix what's outdated — broken links, stale offers, old product references, and design that no longer matches our brand
- Build proper customer segmentation so we stop sending one email to everyone,



and start sending the right message to the right person — whether they're shopping for themselves, buying a gift, shopping around Father's Day or a holiday, or following a specific legacy player, team, sport, or product type
- Map and improve the full customer journey inside Klaviyo, from welcome through post-purchase
- Plan, build, and launch campaigns — and QA everything before it goes out
- Keep our design and messaging consistent and on-brand across every send
- Use performance data to continuously refine flows and campaigns

What You Bring
- Required: hands-on experience running email marketing for an e-commerce brand (Klaviyo experience strongly preferred)
- A strong grasp of segmentation — you think in terms of audiences, not blasts
- An eye for clean, on-brand design and a habit of QA-ing before you hit send
- Big plus: experience in fashion, sports, gifting, or high-SKU/catalog-heavy stores
