About Us & The Position

Freitag Marketing is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping businesses improve performance through paid media, SEO, websites, analytics, creative, and data-driven campaign execution.

We are looking for a Marketing Agency Trainee to join our team in a hands-on, entry-level growth role.

This position is designed for someone who is ambitious, coachable, organized, and serious about building a career in marketing. You do not need years of agency experience. You do need strong work ethic, good written English, decent spoken English, attention to detail, and a real desire to learn.

In the beginning, this person will work closely with the CEO and support a mix of research, documentation, follow-ups, internal coordination, client-related tasks, and special projects. Over time, they will be exposed to different parts of Freitag Marketing and will be expected to grow into a specialized track such as account management, project management, paid media, SEO, sales, operations,



or reporting.

This is a progression-based role. The goal is not to stay in a trainee position long-term. The right person should be able to learn quickly, earn trust, take on more responsibility, and move into a defined role inside the company. If there is not clear growth, improvement, and fit over time, this role will not be the right long-term match.

The idóneo candidate is hungry, reliable, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while following established processes and team direction.

Key Responsibilities

Support the CEO with day-to-day tasks, follow-ups, research, documentation, and internal coordination.

Help organize notes, action items, meeting summaries, client information, internal priorities, and project details.

Assist with special projects across sales, operations, marketing, client strategy, recruiting, reporting, and internal systems
