Role Description
This full-time remote Performance Marketing Specialist role at Zimba Digital focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display. The specialist will manage end-to-end campaign setup, including audience targeting, budget allocation, bid strategies, and creative coordination. Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, analyzing campaign data, running A/B tests, and making adjustments to improve conversion rates and return on ad spend. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing and business objectives, preparing performance reports, and presenting insights and recommendations. The specialist will stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Strong performance marketing expertise, including paid search, paid social, and display advertising, with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI.




- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards) and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Experience with campaign management platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, other major ad networks) and audience segmentation.
- Ability to conduct A/B testing, optimize landing pages, and collaborate on conversion rate optimization initiatives.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including tracking, attribution, and funnel analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a distributed team, with proactive problem-solving and ownership of results.
