Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor/Social Media Strategist focused on building and growing a personal brand.

The role involves planning and producing short- and long-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Day-to-day tasks include editing videos, optimizing footage for different formats, adding captions and graphics, and ensuring consistent visual style aligned with brand guidelines.

The Video Editor/Social Media Strategist will also develop content calendars, research trends, craft platform-specific strategies, and monitor performance metrics to refine content. Collaboration with the personal brand owner and internal team on concepts, messaging, and campaign ideas is expected, along with maintaining organized asset libraries and adhering to deadlines.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in video production and video editing,



with the ability to handle end-to-end content creation for social platforms.
- Proficiency in video color grading to maintain consistent aesthetics and enhance visual quality across all content.
- Experience in motion graphics and graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, animations, and social media assets.
- Knowledge of social media strategy, content planning, and platform best practices (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn video).
- Ability to interpret analytics and use performance data to refine content and posting strategies.
- Experience with common video and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva or similar).
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Previous experience working on personal brands, influencers, or thought leaders is beneficial; background in marketing, communications
