We're looking for an experienced
Talent Acquisition Manager
to lead recruiting for our growing U.S.-based trucking company.

This is a full-time remote position.

Requirements:
- Minimum
3 years of recruiting experience in the U.S. trucking industry
- Experience hiring back-office positions such as dispatchers, safety specialists, recruiters, operations, customer support, and office staff (driver recruiting experience is a plus)
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and other recruiting platforms
- Excellent English communication
- Experience working remotely with U.S. companies

Responsibilities:
- Build and manage our recruiting pipeline
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Write and post job advertisements




- Develop recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Coordinate hiring with company leadership
- Improve recruiting processes and employer branding

We're looking for someone who can build our hiring function and become a long-term member of our leadership team.
