Hasamedia.io helps companies in the USA generate more leads and customers through paid advertising, landing pages, lead funnels, tracking systems, and performance-driven marketing.

We’re growing and looking for a part-time Performance Marketing & Tracking Specialist to support our campaigns, tracking, analytics, and lead generation systems across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

This role is idóneo for someone who understands both paid media and technical implementation.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, events, conversions, and lead forms

• Work with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, Meta CAPI, Meta Gateway, and Google enhanced conversions

• Help manage and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms

• Troubleshoot missing conversions, duplicate events, attribution issues, lead quality issues, and campaign data problems

• Review campaign performance and suggest improvements

• Communicate clearly with the internal team and sometimes with US-based clients





What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns, lead forms, landing pages, and conversion funnels

• Strong knowledge of GTM, GA4, pixels, events, CAPI, Gateway, and enhanced conversions

• Ability to troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and campaign performance issues

• Good English for team and client communication

• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working remotely

• Good technical problem-solving skills

Big Plus

• Experience working with US clients or marketing agencies

• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, WordPress, or Webflow

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and LinkedIn conversion tracking

• Experience with Zapier, webhooks, CRMs, or lead distribution systems

This is a part-time role, but we’re open to increasing hours as needed.

Hourly Rate

Starting at $8–$15/hour depending on experience, with higher rates available for strong candidates
