The opportunity

You’ll provide a high level of talent consultation to the firm while leading change initiatives around human resources (HR) programs and processes. Whatever you find yourself working on,



it all comes down to providing strategic consultation to business leaders that will allow them to drive business results. As a trusted advisor to the business, you’ll be part of the leadership team, translating the business strategy into talent solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for high-quality execution of significant HR processes, including compensation, performance management and career development. You’ll serve as the frontline support to customer groups as well as provide strategic support to functional leadership on people initiatives. You’ll address and resolve a wide range of employee inquiries and provide guidance to our business leaders. Utilizing data analytics, you’ll provide insight on headcount, salaries and budgets and inform on solutions as needed. You may also be responsible for supervising and mentoring other team members.
