Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Data Analyst for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico, Argentina, Costa Rica, Colombia and Chile. Our client is a health insurance company that uses advanced technology to better serve its members. They focus on making health insurance easier through telemedicine, user-friendly technology, and clear claim pricing. This approach helps patients navigate their healthcare more easily.

The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for querying, analyzing, and interpreting complex healthcare data to support operational and compliance needs, with a particular focus on provider network regulations. This role is data-access and analysis-focused rather than engineering-focused — the perfect candidate is an expert in SQL, comfortable using Python for scripting and automation, and skilled at translating regulatory requirements into queries, reports, and actionable output. It is not a pipeline-building or platform-architecture role

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.




Expert-level knowledge of SQL with a strong ability to understand, structure, and interpret complex datasets.
Advanced understanding of Python for scripting and data analysis tasks.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to read and apply healthcare regulations (specifically those related to provider networks) to data and reporting work.
Experience working with healthcare or claims data preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document findings and collaborate across teams.
