The Marketing and Pursuit Specialist handles our day-to-day external marketing campaigns and strategic pursuit support initiatives (100%). In this fully remote role reporting directly to the CRO, you will help grow our brand, assist the business development team with complex corporate proposals, and drive high-value pipeline growth through targeted marketing campaigns.

CORE DIRECTIVE
Marketing Campaigns & Pursuit Support (100%): Execute daily B2B marketing campaigns, manage lead generation workflows, and create high-impact assets to support the sales team during major enterprise bidding and procurement processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pursuit Support & Proposal Management.
Partner with the CRO and business development teams to develop strategic presentation decks, tailored client materials, capabilities overviews, and success stories for large-scale corporate bids and RFPs
Organize and distribute high-value content across all stages of the enterprise sales cycle, including educational guides, graphics, and articles focused on corporate buying and workforce solutions.





HubSpot & Lead Management.
Maintain rigorous data hygiene by keeping lead lists clean, organized, and segmented within HubSpot.
Design, launch, and optimize automated email workflows to nurture new leads and re-engage dormant prospects.

Brand Awareness & Partner Marketing.
Coordinate targeted account-based marketing campaigns on LinkedIn to increase enterprise brand visibility.
Support corporate event sponsorships and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives alongside our technology partners.

PERFORMANCE GOALS
Campaign Engagement: Digital campaign traction, including email open/click rates, content downloads, and overall inbound engagement.
Pipeline Velocity: The volume, quality, and speed of prospective leads moving successfully through the HubSpot lifecycle stages.
Pursuit Support: Turnaround speed, strategic alignment, and absolute accuracy when creating custom presentation decks and bidding ma
