We are hiring a Senior Consultant to deliver end-to-end data and AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, with a primary focus on Microsoft Fabric. This role is a senior individual contributor operating at an architect-adjacent level, responsible for independently leading client engagements from discovery through production deployment.

This individual will combine deep technical expertise with strong consulting acumen to deliver high-quality outcomes across workshops, assessments,



platform implementations, and migrations. After onboarding into our delivery methodology, this role is expected to execute with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery (Primary)
- Independently lead and deliver billable client engagements (target: ~40 hrs/week)
- Execute Atmosera delivery frameworks, including:
- Data Workshops (visioning, requirements, stakeholder alignment)
- Assessments & Blueprinting (current state analysis, target architecture, roadmap)
- Fabric Foundations (platform setup, governance, baseline architecture)

Proof of Value (PoV) engagements
- Production deployments and migrations
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and performant data solutions in Microsoft Fabric
- Own technical architecture decisions
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify risks, tradeoffs, and optimization opportunities during delive
