The role:

The Designer will fulfill creative execution of print, web,



and digital assets across the four diverse business divisions and at the corporate level. This role will require enthusiasm, integrity, and a proven ability to ideate, develop, and deliver innovative concepts in line with brand guidelines while pushing to explore new creative methods to elevate the overall brand. The Designer will work closely with Creative Directors, designers and writers.

This person will be and/or demonstrate the following:
- Serve as a strategic thinker, developing and executing creative solutions that align with — and at times push — the boundaries of our brand
- Experience leveraging AI in the creative workflow to drive efficiency and innovation
- Collaborate across the team and organization to deliver leading, relevant, and cohesive creative solutions, rapidly synthesizing and iterating on feedback when necessary
