What You’ll Do

Own Client Relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and proactive support.
Understand client goals, translate them into actionable briefs, and advocate for their needs internally.
Build trust and long-term partnerships through exceptional service and results.
Drive Business Growth
Identify opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and new campaigns within existing accounts.
Collaborate with leadership and strategy teams to pitch new ideas and present campaign proposals.
Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting for account performance and pipeline growth.
Coordinate Project Execution
Work closely with production, creative, and influencer teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and exceeding expectations.
