Visual fidelity, narrative flow, and brand elevation are your playground. This is a dual-threat role for the visual perfectionist. You aren't just cutting footage; you are the final polisher. You will take raw assets and transform them into broadcast-quality commercials and social ads that pop off the screen.

product color accuracy and skin tones are non-negotiable. Your ability to balance technical color science with creative storytelling will directly impact our clients' brand trust and sales. If you love the edit bay as much as the grading suite, this is your launchpad.

What You’ll Do

Execute Hybrid Post-Production
Handle projects from rough cut to final grade. Edit compelling direct-response ads in Premiere Pro, then apply high-end color finishing within the same workflow.
Seamlessly switch between storytelling (pacing, music, hooks) and technical finishing (exposure, white balance, look development).
Advanced Color Grading
Ensure perfect color accuracy for products (clothing, makeup) and natural, flattering skin tones for talent.
Expertly match footage from diverse sources—blending high-end cinema cameras (ARRI/RED) with iPhone UGC content in the same timeline.
Create and manage custom LUTs to streamline workflows for specific clien
