About the Role

You'll be the primary point of contact for multiple clients, translating their needs into clear,

actionable work for an internal delivery team, keeping every project moving, and making sure

clients feel confident their work is in the right hands. You're not just managing relationships —

you're managing the success of their project.

The role starts part time with a clear path to full time within 1 to 3 months, based on

performance.

Location: Remote

Schedule: Part time to start, with a path to full time within 1 to 3 months based on performance.

Must be available during Eastern Time business hours (10am–6pm ET). Some flexibility for

computer-based work,



with Slack availability covering part of the day.

Type: Part time moving to full time

Rate: $14.50 – $16.50 USD/hour, based on experience and English level

What You'll Do

Own the client relationship end-to-end. Be the go-to contact, keep clients informed and

confident, and make sure they never have to chase you for an update.

Bridge client needs and internal delivery. Translate unclear requests into structured tasks, catch

what's vague before it becomes a problem, and keep the team moving with context rather than

confusion.

Lead client calls with clarity. Show up prepared, ask the right questions, take detailed notes, and

leave every call with the client feeling heard and the team feeling aligned.

Maintain operational oversight across multiple accounts. Track task progress, flag delays or

risks early, and make sure nothing sits idle or falls through the cracks.
