About the Opportunity

WeInstall.IT is recruiting a
Technical Project Manager – Data Center Installations
to lead the execution of large-scale, mission-critical Data Center infrastructure projects across Latin America.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing projects from planning through final delivery, working closely with enterprise clients, construction partners, engineering teams, field supervisors, subcontractors, and operations leadership.

The adecuado candidate combines deep technical knowledge of Data Center infrastructure with exceptional leadership, communication, and project execution skills.

What You'll Be Leading

You'll be responsible for the
end-to-end execution
of multiple low-voltage Data Center infrastructure projects across Latin America.

The project portfolio includes:
- Enterprise Data Centers
- Hyperscale Data Center deployments
- AI infrastructure projects
- Regional multi-country deployments across South and Central America
- Long-term strategic infrastructure programs involving multiple stakeholders and international teams





This role is part of the
Operations organization
. While initially focused on these programs, the successful candidate may also support additional infrastructure projects as business needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities
- Own projects from kickoff through final handover.
- Lead project planning, execution, logistics, commissioning, and final delivery.
- Coordinate engineering, construction, procurement, logistics, installation teams, subcontractors, and field supervisors.
- Provide technical oversight throughout project execution, ensuring compliance with structured cabling, fiber optic, and Data Center infrastructure best practices.
- Review project drawings, technical documentation, scopes of work, specifications, and site conditions before and during execution.
- Manage relationships with enterprise clients, contractors, vendors, and strategic partners.
